Peachy 00:39
Are we angry? Anger consumes me. Is it a peach or a poem that describes your life? Cos on is juicy and one is dry, one is real and really once was alive. And I know I never want to feel insignificant in black and white or in full color, trapped forever, just for a second. One is real, and one really once was for living blindly and thinking clearly.

Today is a beautiful day. O today, I ask why? You say, "Because today is unlike another day." and I say, "You're naive." But you say, "I try to be." And I'm not one for making sense. I am rarely rolling right, words aired by the silence, words, useful for description, not kept in my vocabulary. And so I talk about the rain and the birds and the beauty and I smile and I laugh to let in the feeling. The warm, wet dirt, the moon, your ceiling. The lake, that fence that we hopped to go swimming. My mind is spinning, so grateful to be happy but it could be all over now, I know that very well. The fence may be too high next time and I may lose my grip. I might fall or not even try at all, and not swim in the beauty, in the lake, in the birds singing, I might not even take the time to hear them, I hope I do, though.

Jesus Christ, I don't know you and I don't care to. All my bad habits and all my good times don't add up to much in a cynical mind, in a cynical mind, like all of the time I feel fine, like right now I feel fine. When I burned out on drugs and magnets, maggots in my head. Living with no purpose I might as well be dead. No. Because there only is this life right now. Plastic eye, stupid grin, sun-damaged face, bowl-head caved-in. I don't mind all of the time that my shit keeps getting fucked over all of the time.
